Awarded the Young Pin Design Award, Leaves Plan transforms campus leaf waste into sustainable design resources. What started as an alternative to burning leaves—initially conceptualized as a pothole filler—expanded into a rigorous exploration of organic tiles and vases. Through four exhibitions in Taipei and Shanghai, this project demonstrates how discarded natural materials can be upcycled into high-value objects, shifting the conversation from "waste" to "resource.
