Rethink Taiwan is a long-running social innovation program hosted by the Youth Development Administration of Taiwan’s Ministry of Education and operated by National Taiwan University d.school. I joined the program as a designer in 2019, contributing to one of its six-month cycles. As one of the core designers, I was responsible for creating the full visual and design system across both physical and digital touchpoints. The scope included online learning materials, social media assets, event visuals, and operational materials supporting over 150 participants and staff. Grounded in design thinking, the program encouraged young innovators to identify issues from their own daily experiences and develop practical, actionable solutions. My role focused on building clarity, consistency, and accessibility throughout the program, ensuring the design system could adapt to changing needs and support a growing community.
